I teach weekly drop-in classes, workshops, pre-registered series, by-donation outdoor yoga and guide semi-annual silent retreats. I hope to connect with you in person to share practice.


Outdoor Yoga 2019 Edition!

Please join me on Tuesday Aug 20th5:30-6:45pm for a full-spectrum Hatha Yoga & Meditation class (chanting, yoga philosophy, pranayama, mudra, asana, meditation and deep relaxation).

Location: Grassy field behind Stawamus Elementary School (also known as Cultural Journeys/Learning Expeditions). A 5 minute walk up the hill from the hospital, past the Squamish Fire Hall on Clarke Drive).

Bring: an extra layer, water bottle, yoga mat, a donation and an open mind.
