Sweetwater silent retreat :: the quiet awakening

During the season of emergence, you are invited to awaken what lies dormant inside of you. Our weekend together will include artfully guided contemplative and creative practices (think stringing mala’s, journalling, and other creative surprises), yoga, meditation, mantra, pranayama (breath work), ceremony and free time to roam and find yourself.

April 26-28th, 2019. Hosted at Sweetwater Lane Farm (20 mins north of Pemberton)
$495 includes full retreat package (shared double boutique style room, all guided practices and art materials, homemade vegetarian meals by onsite Ayurvedic Nutrition Counsellor, Jo-Ani Mercier).

I had the absolute honor to join Andrea’s first retreat at Sweetwater Lane Farm in 2018. The weekend was filled with many magical moments with a focus on ‘the space in between’. I enjoyed the silence that the group embarked upon together as we connected heart to heart without having to use our voices. The powerful integration that followed showed me that silence is truly a window into deeper relationship with self.

The breathing techniques, the FOOD, the accommodation, the view, the art, journalling and of course the yoga filled my cup completely. I cannot say enough about Andrea’s skill and ability to lead circle in a powerful way, supporting deep relaxation and connection. - H.N.

It was such an honour to participate in The Space Between Silent Retreat. Andrea and Jasmine created a warm, grounded, safe container for me to settle into an internal quiet that I so rarely find in my daily life. My whole being was supported through movement with yoga and forest walks, introspection through journalling and art, nourishment though beautifully prepared meals and stillness through meditation and silence.

The Sweetwater Farm, with it's tranquility, sweet animals and breathtaking views was the perfect space. There was room for the group to gather and for participants to have privacy when needed. I really appreciated the structure provided (schedule, guidelines) while not being rigid. It's amazing how a connected community was created without speaking! I am so grateful for the wisdom and guidance that Andrea and Jasmine shared during the retreat to support me on my journey. I would highly recommend this retreat to anyone wanting to deepen their connection with yoga, meditation or self! - Janice

Coming (Back) soon…!

Once the days grow longer and warmer, please join me for my 2019 edition of yoga in the park. These classes were birthed out of my desire to reduce barriers for people wishing to practice yoga. Back by popular demand, 2019 will be my third year offering by-donation outdoor yoga at various (gorgeous) locations around Squamish. These Hatha yoga & meditation classes welcome everyone - beginners, parents with children/infants, advanced yogi’s, climbers just passing through town etc. etc. Bring a friend, enjoy the breeze, and the sound of the birds in your savasana. Follow my social media feeds for updates, and check back here in the Spring. I will offer 2-3 classes weekly and “pop-up” classes with live music… stay tuned!
